Position Summary & Responsibilities: As a Waste Collector at Waste Management, you execute daily residential and commercial refuse collection along assigned neighborhood routes. You clear spilled debris to keep customer properties clean, assist drivers with backing spotter duties, and report damaged containers to dispatch teams. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site route presence with zero work-from-home availability.
