You direct commercial haul vehicles safely across tipping pads, operate stationary waste compactors and heavy loaders, and monitor incoming loads for non-compliant materials. Additionally, you construct site drainage berms, conduct daily landfill cover applications, and maintain facility equipment cleanliness. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at disposal facility grounds (no work-from-home options).

Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions is required.
