Operating fleet management software, you track collection vehicle locations via GPS telematics, log route completion statuses, process driver manifests, and re-route trucks to handle priority customer requests. You also manage driver morning check-in queues, audit hours-of-service logs, and communicate route delays to customer service teams. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside the fleet dispatch office (zero remote options).
