• Manage scale-house ticketing operations, auditing weight logs and billing accounts accurately
• Oversee incoming waste inspection procedures to enforce prohibition of hazardous materials
• Direct public and commercial traffic across scale decks, tipping pads, and recycling zones
• Assist site managers with cash drawer reconciliations, daily volume reporting, and inventory audit
• Coach junior landfill attendants on customer service, safety rules, and scale software software
• Ensure site roadways and scale bays remain clean, well-lit, and hazard-free
Required Skills and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in scale-house, landfill, customer service, or logistics administration
• Strong computer literacy, basic accounting skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle multi-tasking under pressure
